2. One live objective — we configure a single real objective on your data.
3. Go / no-go in two weeks — you reach a clear decision within two weeks.

What we need from you

A named owner on your side, access to the one or two data sources the objective depends on, and a decision-maker who can approve actions. That's enough to run a real pilot.

What happens after go

You expand from one objective to a cadence — a diagnostic, configuration, a parallel run, and a handover — with your team owning it and us on call.
