From first session to production: the 12-week engagement
We keep engagements short and evidence-led. The goal is a clear decision on your own data, not an open-ended project. Here is the shape of a full twelve-week engagement.
The twelve weeks
- Week 1–2 — Diagnostic. Where decisions are actually made, and where they stall.
- Week 3–6 — Configure. Roles, objectives, data contracts, and approval thresholds.
- Week 7–10 — Run in parallel. Live objectives alongside the existing cadence.
- Week 11–12 — Hand over. Your team owns it; we stay on call for a quarter.
Start with one live objective
You don't have to commit to all twelve weeks to see whether this works. The pilot is deliberately small:
- Leadership session — a focused two-hour working session with your leadership team to pick the objective.
- One live objective — we configure a single real objective on your own data, not a demo or sample content.
- Go / no-go in two weeks — you reach a clear decision within two weeks, judged on your own numbers.
That way the decision to invest is made on evidence rather than a slide deck.
